  • The UC (Unknown Cash) is credited directly to the BGMI Player ID provided by you at the time of purchase.

  • No physical package, card, or code will be sent to your physical address.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Instant Processing: Our system is designed to process orders immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Delivery Time: Usually, the UC reflects in your account within 1 to 10 minutes.

  • Maximum Delay: In case of high server traffic or technical maintenance from the game’s end, it may take up to 24 hours.

3. Verification Requirement

  • To ensure successful delivery, users must enter a valid and active Player ID.

  • Our system will attempt to verify the ID before processing. If the ID is invalid, the delivery will remain pending until the correct details are provided to our support team.

4. Confirmation of Delivery

  • Once the UC has been successfully sent, the order status on our website will be updated to “Completed.”

  • You can verify the delivery by logging into your BGMI account and checking your UC balance.

5. Delivery Issues & Support

  • If you haven’t received your UC after 60 minutes of successful payment, please contact our 24/7 support team.

  • Please have your Transaction ID and Player ID ready so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. No Shipping Charges

  • Since this is a digital delivery, there are absolutely no shipping or handling fees applied to any order.
