1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on UC Official Reseller are digital assets (in-game currency). Once the UC is successfully transferred to your Player ID, the service is considered “consumed.”
Due to the nature of these digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is confirmed. Our automated system begins the processing and delivery immediately to ensure the fastest service.
Please double-check your Player ID and the selected plan before proceeding to payment.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
Failed Delivery: If the payment was successful but the UC was not credited to your account within 24 hours due to a technical error on our end.
Double Payment: If you were charged twice for a single transaction due to a payment gateway glitch. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
You provided an incorrect Player ID.
You changed your mind after the UC has been delivered.
Your game account is banned or restricted by the game developers for any reason.
You claim the UC was not received, but our system logs show a successful delivery to the ID provided.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund for a failed delivery or double payment, please contact our support team at [Your Email Address] with your transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment.
Once your claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Account).
